With EFI Proofing solutions, several standard and optional software plans are available for Colorproof™ XF, EFI Photo Edition, EFI Designer Edition and legacy products such as EFI Colorproof and EFI Screenproof™ and EFI Remoteproof. These plans include a variety of services such as phone and email support; product updates and upgrades; a free online user forum, and other helpful support tips.

For Fiery and Splash, EFI provides Tier Three support for its OEM partners. This support includes assistance from EFI’s regional support locations spanning Foster City, California; Minneapolis, Minnesota; Amsterdam, The Netherlands; Tokyo, Japan and Sydney and Australia. The intent of this support is to provide our OEM partners with a primary EFI contact, while providing a presence for global and language support. EFI.com also includes product FAQs, security information and downloadable links for drivers and other EFI applications.
